Purpose: Proinlasa counts on Apara to maximize sales of a particular promotion. Method: Proinlasa gave a report of data with all the actions performed by its commercial team, the characteristics of the houses offered and its promotions associated in the last years. Apara built, from the given data, a predictive model with dVelox which indicated the most suitable commercial to sell an apartment with its characteristics (number of rooms, size, storage room, location…) of a specific promotion. Result: Apara developed a control panel that used the commercial optimization model to simulate scenarios minimizing the efforts devoted to each action and saving costs....
